Hello Team Cameron,
Big News, it looks like the freeze is over with -- Olathe is thawing. The temperature over the last couple of days has been above freezing in fact 45° and sunny is getting to feel like a heat wave. On the news this morning they were talking about expecting 50° in the next two days. Time to pull out the speedo and zinc oxide. I'm going to be spending some time in the Sun.
Rhonda, you're right, it's always fun getting together and having laughs at Breck's expense. Too bad you can't make it to town more often. Wish I could get down to your place more readily. I'm sure there are a couple of projects I need to oversee. It's been a while since I've had a thick bacon sandwich for lunch. Good luck with the horses and Fred.
While watching the Olympics it gives me time to consider our life's role.
I know I've talked about our purpose before but, Do you really think about what it is we're here to do? I shared with a friend of mine – “Each of us serves a purpose. And with that purpose we are to ‘Do it 100%’.”
Take for instance, an Olympic athlete… their dedication to their sport. Also, they’ve probably worked most of their lives for a chance to prove themselves to be the best at what they do. They are in Vancouver in front of the entire world for a reason. Those athletes that we have been watching are there to ‘Do it 100%’.
More News! We’ve set a date for the Team Cameron Annual Golf Tourney. In the efforts of finding the perfect weather, we’ve moved it to September. Over the last 3 years, we’ve experienced tornadoes, rain, and sleet. The committee has decided if we are going to find sunshine… it’s not going to be in April.
I’m changing things up with my website and could really use your help. If you’d be so kind to send me pictures of people doing cannonballs. You know, ‘making a splash’. Send them to me at mark@teamcameron.org. If you don’t have any at the present time, and need an excuse for a break. I’d highly suggest sunny tropical warm weather with water.
Take Care,
&
Do It 100%!
