Hello Team Cameron,
The Cannonballers won their game Sunday with a forfeit – no show from the opponents. They decided to play a pick-up game with a few of the opponents that did make it. With the pending rain, I stayed home, but heard it was the typical Globetrotter entertainment. Our record for this season is 3-1.
I invited you a few weeks ago to take some time and help a neighbor. It will improve your self-worth, increase your home value, and could won’t hurt when you get to the pearly gates.
I’ve shared stories with you about my 80+ neighbors and how they are very active. And although active, they’ve had difficulty with some of their outside upkeep and projects have gotten away from them. A couple weeks ago, I helped organize a group of volunteers from Atmos Energy to complete some of these projects. It didn’t take much time, and everyone enjoyed their Saturday morning, trimming trees, pulling weeds, installing a new concrete sidewalk with drain tile, and cleaning flower beds. After a couple trips to the dump, the place looks great.
So, once again, I’m encouraging you to look around and find someone you can help out. You’ll be pleased you did.
Have a Great Week!
Love, Mark
